Attorney advertising
This website is attorney advertising. Divorcesify is an online marketing and matching service. We are not a law firm, we are not a lawyer referral service certified by any state bar, and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation.
No attorney-client relationship
Reading this site, downloading our guide, or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship with Divorcesify or any attorney. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and an attorney agree to it directly, usually in writing. Do not send confidential information until you have engaged an attorney.
How we are paid
Attorneys and law firms in our network are independent and pay Divorcesify a fee to receive requests from people in their area. That fee is not a share of legal fees and is not contingent on any outcome. The fee does not affect what you pay an attorney. Divorcesify does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any attorney, and does not evaluate attorneys’ qualifications beyond confirming an active bar license.
How matching works
With your express consent, we share your request with up to three participating attorneys licensed in your state. Matching is based on location and case type, and may also depend on attorney availability and participation. You are under no obligation to hire any attorney.
Contact consent
If you consent, participating attorneys may contact you by phone, text, or email, including by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to texts, using the unsubscribe link in emails, or visiting our unsubscribe page.
General information only
Content on this site is general information, may not reflect current law in your jurisdiction, and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely on advertisements.
State-specific notices
Some states require additional disclosures for attorney advertising and lead-generation services. Where required, participating attorneys are responsible for compliance with their state’s rules of professional conduct.
